1. What This Website Is
Roy Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, indexes, portals, and historical collections connected with Roy, Weber County, and Utah. It hosts no government record and is not affiliated with Roy City, Weber County, Utah courts, an elections office, a library, an archive, or another custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the pages only for lawful purposes. You may not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm someone; seek a protected person; commit fraud or identity theft; make an FCRA-regulated decision; scrape or republish the pages at scale; or interfere with site security.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1681 et seq. Nothing here or in a linked search result is a consumer report. Do not use it for credit, employment, housing, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Links
Weber County, Roy City, Utah state, court, library, archive, and sponsored-search links belong to their operators. Their availability, prices, policies, content, and data practices are outside our control.
5. No Warranties
The site is supplied “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that text, links, coverage, fees, records, or search results are accurate, complete, current, secure, or available.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from use of this site or a linked resource, including action taken from a record.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the site operators from a claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, caused by your misuse of the pages or violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The original words, layout, design, and logo belong to the site operators or their licensors. Brief quotations with attribution and ordinary links are allowed. Full-page copying and systematic republication are not.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms by posting a new version. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
10. Access Restrictions
We may limit, block, or end access for a user who violates these terms, abuses the site, or threatens its operation. We may do so without advance notice.
11. Utah Law
Utah law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act is codified in Utah Code Title 63G, Chapter 2. The Utah Consumer Privacy Act is in Title 13, Chapter 61, where applicable. Those laws govern custodians and covered controllers, not a promise that this reference can change a government record.
12. Severability
If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
13. Questions
